Alicia is a Watercolor Artist from Puerto Rico. Currently one of her Paintings, "Coconuts II" is the Cover of the Bienvenidos Magazine (Puerto Rico Tourisim Magazine). Alicia is an Active Memeber of the Watercolor Assoc. of Puerto Rico.
